A New Look

Our new web site is an investment in the future of USSSA Fastpitch in NC.  This new site allows teams to enter tournaments directly, see who's playing, pre-order event t-shirts, pay tournament entry fees online, and is a one-stop site for everything USSSA Fastpitch. 

Unlike other sanctions, our "Who's Playing" list will be able to show who has been "accepted" and who is in a pending status.  Team's who enter themselves in a tournament will automatically default to "Pending" until "Accepted" by the Tournament Director.  Teams are often contacted by the Tournament Director and while they are checking with parents, etc..they will be entered as a "Pending."  We certainly don't want to miss lead teams into thinking teams are playing with us and then only to have others find out when the schedule is posted that they aren't.  We know how frustrating that can be, but do feel that it is important to note who is leaning in that direction. 

Team Managers, one you register your team, will be able to upload photos or graphics to our website to be seen on your team profile.  When other's click on your team page link, they will get a short description (entered by you) of your team, your name, and will be able to see the photo.   

Website Frequently Asked Questions

How do I navigate back to the home page from the tournaments page?
The default landing page is our "top level" page. Once you see our list of tournaments, you can click on the tournament name to see more details. Each tournament has it's own event website with tons of information regarding everything from entry, hotels, cost, rules, etc...To get back to the "top level" page, simply click the USSSA Fastpitch Banner at the very top of the page.

What is the "Guest Player" page for?
Athletes can register individually online and be placed in a "Guest Player" pool. Other Team Managers and Coaches will be able to see potential guest players on a particular weekend (which players indicate) only if that team is accepted into the tournament on that date.  To register for the Guest Player pool, you must first register as an Athlete by clicking the Athlete link at the very top of the page.  If your team Manager entered a roster for your team, you must enter your name exactly the same way to avoid creating duplicate accounts. 

Why do I need to register my team?
When you register your team, you will be able to enter tournaments and choose between the "A" and "B" Divisions with the click of a mouse. You will also receive e-mails and/or text messages regarding tournament times, changes, updates, etc.
